Is there a way to receive browser push notifications without having the site opened? Twitter and Reddit for example register a notification worker which is able to notify firefox/chrome based browsers even if the user hasn’t the site open. I can find some information on push notifications on mobile clients and browser notifications are working fine when the user has the site open in another tab for example but I cannot find any information regarding reddit/twitter like notifications.
