How can I re-generate a QR code for a user?
One of my workers deleted the App

There are two ways to recover. The user can use backup codes to login and then regenerate the QR code. Or the admin can remove the current totp authentication and the user can set it up again:

This is great support.

I used the backup logins of the USER and then disable the the Two Factor Authentication in the USER account.

Next step I enabled the Two Factor Authentication in the USER account again and it generated a new QR code to login.

All working now
