Hello all,
I run a nextcloud system for people in our company. We have a Quota of 5GB for each user as default. Now one user reported that his directory is shown as full, but he deleted all files.
I of course checkd, the webinterface and occ tool says the 5GB is full. But when I check the data folder, it barely has 8KB in it.
We deactivated the trashbin pluin, so no way it could have been stuck in there. Also no trashbin folder in the Filesystem. I even activated the plugin to see if there was some kind of bug with it, but no trash folder or files appeared.
Anyone has any idea what’s going on here?
I even tried rescanning the folder with the occ tool, but nothing…
