Property to set the folder for the file uploads

Is there a property to set the folder for the file uploads?
The problem is: If the nextcloud-app is running on the desktop, it will sync the files which are uploaded by flowupload, because the files will be stored in the files home folder.
That’s why, it would be nice to have a subfolder which can be ignored by the nextcloud-app.

I would appreciate that too. Especially on larger installations with quotas on home folders but no quotas on shared folders that would be pretty helpful.

Fixed by version 1.0! You can select the destination folder now, but currently not all external storage types are completely supported. If you want to help test it here is the Github issue:
