The servers have a problem with the https connections over ipv6, I notified the Nextcloud team already and they’ll hopefully fix it soon:

I have a lot of problems reaching this forum via ipv6. It looks like the server is down but it seems to be some configuration issue. Either it is not working or I get similar errors like here Help.nextcloud.com with Firefox: PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR. I reported this problem at github: https://github.com/nextcloud/server/issues/24922
