I installed ffmpeg however when I go to convert video file I get the following message
ffmpeg is not installed or available DEBUG
Anyone know how to fix this. Would appreciate it.
You have to make sure that the ffmpeg tools can be access by the web servers user. It might be possible the this user cannot find the required program, because it has been installed in a wrong path or the $PATH variable doesn’t include the directory in which the program has been installed.
