Problem with nextcloud website after installation

I installed nextcloud on ubuntu 20.04, webservers is nginx version 1.17.10php, php 7.4-fpm, nextcloud version is 18.04. The problem is that in the top of the site it keep showing reloading icon and it keeps reloading. Screen shot of erro: https://prnt.sc/sc6upc (this is in directory: all files).Any idea?

Hello,
Can you :

  1. try to use php7.3 instead of php7.4 (php7.4 seems to be a source of errors : Ugrade to PHP7.4 )

  2. give your nginx configuration

  3. display your nginx log

Thanks,
Good luck

I had the same with 19 Beta on 20.04 Ubuntu…

Click Settings on the bottom left and uncheck “Show rich workspaces”…
It (probably) does not fix the root of the problem, but I don’t want it shown anyway…

similar like this one is my nextcloud config page. I have installed php7.3-fpm and it is still the sanem. Probably problem with my config file.

It’s not the official config file. The official is here :
https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/16/admin_manual/installation/nginx.html
The official config uses 443 as port but you can edit in order to change for 80.

You have changed your config in order to use php7.3-fpm.sock, right ?

fastcgi_pass unix:/run/php/php7.3-fpm.sock;

So, You cannot see your folders and files ?

Can you display the result of “ls /var/run/php” ?

I can see my folders and files. Problem is like this : https://prnt.sc/scz6rg.
