this is an IP where the traffic comes from to Nextcloud. In Docker environment it is 172.16.x.x/16 (172.20.0.1in the guide below)
I don’t think you need this option.. shortly somebody reported this doesn’t work at all (or at least not as expected).
As you are running Docker this guide should give you a working solution:
