Problem mit Two-factor authentication

Hallo,
ich habe ein Problem mit der 2FA unter Nextcloud 26 mit NCP1.52.3.

Ich habe für meinen Admin-User 2FA per E-Mail aktiviert. Scheinbar ist bei einem Autoupdate der App etwas schief gegangen. Wenn ich mich aktuell mit meinem Admin-User anmelden möchte, bekomme ich folgende Meldung:

Two-factor authentication

Could not load at least one of your enabled two-factor auth methods. Please contact your admin.

Two-factor authentication is enforced but has not been configured on your account. Contact your admin for assistance.

Also der E-Mailcode und der Backup-Code funktionieren nicht mehr.

Ich habe zuerst diesen Lösungsweg probiert:

In der config.php wird mir aber der Eintrag “twofactor_enforced” nicht angezeigt.

Dann habe ich per occ twofactorauth:state geschaut welche Provider für meinen Admin-User aktiv sind:
email wird da als aktiv angezeigt und backup_code als inaktiv.
Per twofactorauth:enable konnte ich backup_code nicht wieder aktivieren. Da bekam ich die Antwort, dass die Option für den Provider nicht verfügbar ist. Genauso konnte ich E-Mail nicht deaktivieren. Da kam die Meldung den Provider email gäbe es nicht.

Hat jemand eine andere Idee wie ich die App umgehen oder entfernen kann um wieder an mein Admin-Konto zu kommen?

You can disable 2fa from command line using ncc or occ.

Thanks for the idea and the quick reply. Uninstalling and reinstalling twofactor_email via occ fixed the problem. I was able to log in again and after generating new backup codes the login works normal again.
