I went through the process of creating a login to Hostio. I expected to receive a confirmation or a request to confirm my email. I received neither of these. So after a while, I tried to login and received the message user disabled. I used the login page https://us.hostiso.cloud/index.php/login?
I need help with resolving this problem.

I’m afraid I’m going to face the same issue as rmikep. Already 5 hours since I created my account (on https://eu.hostiso.cloud/) and I didn’t receive the confirmation email… (and I’ve checked spams)

I think the Nextcloud forum is the wrong place to ask this question. You should directly contact the support of Hostiso and ask them for help with your account.
