Problem adding new user

On nextcloud, it seems user with admin privilege can add accont it says. But primary account i use seem to have no admin privilege as I can’t see add user option after i login. However, apparently i was able to add user in the past!! just cant remember how i did, that leads to question:

  • is there a default admin account with default password? It has been a while i cant remember.
  • seems like truenas infrastructure has also some users but those users appears different than next cloud users true?

If you have access to the command line, you can use the occ command to show all users:

and also check when they were logged in the last time, and reset a password if required.
