Preview generator not working mp4

Hi, I did a clean installation of the server and installation of NextCloud 30.0.2, restored from a backup of NextCloud

Now I can’t get the mp4 preview generator to work
I tried different versions of PHP 8.1 8.2 8.3
I set up the config
‘enable_previews’ => true,
‘enabledPreviewProviders’ =>
array (
0 => ‘OC\Preview\TXT’,
1 => ‘OC\Preview\MarkDown’,
2 => ‘OC\Preview\OpenDocument’,
3 => ‘OC\Preview\PDF’,
4 => ‘OC\Preview\MSOffice2003’,
5 => ‘OC\Preview\MSOfficeDoc’,
6 => ‘OC\Preview\Image’,
7 => ‘OC\Preview\Photoshop’,
8 => ‘OC\Preview\TIFF’,
9 => ‘OC\Preview\SVG’,
10 => ‘OC\Preview\Font’,
11 => ‘OC\Preview\MP3’,
12 => ‘OC\Preview\Movie’,
13 => ‘OC\Preview\MKV’,
14 => ‘OC\Preview\MP4’,
15 => ‘OC\Preview\AVI’,
),

I checked that the user nextcloud has access to ffmpeg
cd /home/san4o/web/user…/public_html
ffmpeg -i video.mp4 -hide_banner

I tried to get a thumbnail and I get it
ffmpeg -y -i video.mp4 -f mjpeg -vframes 1 -ss 4 thumbnail.png

I was looking for a solution why the preview doesn’t work on the new server, I found the solution here

It looks like you need to specify the path to ffmpeg
‘preview_ffmpeg_path’ => ‘/var/snap/nextcloud/bin/ffmpeg’
