Hi, i share a music library with many folders to a lot of users and i ask if is a way to count how many files a user download or how many gb’s has download,Thanks

Yes. It’s all available in your webserver log.

But yeah sure, you could extract it and put it in a doc/plugin which calculates everything.

You would have to. Nextcloud doesn’t store data on how many times a user downloads the file.
