Please unban my Nextcloud server (IP: 162.55.78.35) to reach out ‘http://apps.nextcloud.com/api/v1/apps.json’ (IP: 65.21.231.50)

Could not connect to appstore: cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 60001 milliseconds (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html) for https://apps.nextcloud.com/api/v1/apps.json

The server does not have any internet issues

That IP is not banned.

It was Hetzner vSwitch issue
Some time it silently lost the connectivity for some hosts
