I just downloaded Nextcloud through PikaPods and I noticed that it didn’t update to Nextcloud 10. When I tried to update it, I noticed that the Web updater is disabled. I don’t know how enable it. It gives me the option to download it and I guess manually do it, but I absolutely do not know how to do that. I also noticed my logs keep giving me errors but I assume once I I update it, this will no longer be an issue.

If someone can tell me if there is an easy way to enable it, or how to do it manually or if this is something that PikaPods needs to do, that would be much appreciated!

Hi @moonintothewild

I have never used PikaPods, but according to their documentation, updates seem to be fully managed by them: Nextcloud | PikaPods Docs

Ok. I didn’t know if PikaPods would be able to help with this, but I will reach out them and see what they say. Once they respond back, I’ll let you know. Thank you!

I reached out the PikaPods team and they said they do handle updates and it’s usually a week after just to make sure there is no problem with the newest version. I checked today and it finally updated to Nextcloud 10 and I no longer see a message about the “Web updater is disabled”, so it seems like everything is all set for now. I do see other errors, but everything regarding the web updater seems to no longer be a problem and I am all set!
