Pico CMS index.html error

I have this working with the default theming. I uploaded the theming like the settings page said. I get this error

Warning cms_pico Webpage cannot be rendered - Unable to find template “index.html” (looked into: /data/appdata_ocqxst5bzw2x/cms_pico/themes/dimension).

There is no index.html file anywhere? How can this be fixed?

I want to create these pages and them redirect to my main domain level. I will figure that out if I can get this index.html file error can be fixed.

There should be an index.twig. if not, go and redownload the theme

There is but it is asking for index.html. it doesnt look like it even looks for index.twig.
