I am having trouble finding the data directory on my vanilla snap install on Ubuntu. I am not seeing a data folder in /snap/nextcloud and I dont have a /var/nextcloud folder. Any guidance on this?

I think the following command should show you your current data directory:
grep datadirectory /var/snap/nextcloud/current/nextcloud/config/config.php
I would expect the data directory here however:
/var/snap/nextcloud/common/nextcloud/data
