PHP Memory Cache disabled due to incompatibility with PHP

Hi,

my NC hoster has disabled PHP Memory Cache. They told me right now there are some problems caused by PHP, and that is why they have disabled it.

Is that true?

NC is 19.0.4 with PHP 7.4.9
