PDF Viewer: Basic text highlight and adding note to text highlight

To this day, I cannot find the basic feature/app, which allows highlighting text in a PDF and adding a note to the highlight through the browser.

  1. Do I miss out on something?
  2. What is the alternative to work with team members simultaneously online on a PDF?

Nextcloud Version: 28.0.6
Browser: Firefox 128.0.3 (64-bit)
Device: Macbook Air M1

So far, I’ve found OnlyOffice’s Online PDF editor, reader & converter

It offers “Collaborate with your team” meaning multiple users working in one PDF
