Passwords needs server with internet connection

Hello,
while hardening my system I restricted access for the nextcloud to the internet. Now the passwords app doesn’t load anymore due the following error:

GuzzleHttp\Exception\ConnectException: cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 30001 milliseconds (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html) for https://raw.githubusercontent.com/wiki/marius-wieschollek/passwords/Users/_features/features-v1.json

I cannot allow raw.githubusercontent.com as they can change from time to time and I would not only allow passwords to access the features-v1.json file but the whole server to access all content on raw.githubusercontent.com.

Is there a way to deploy the required file(s) on my server manually?
