Ownership transfer - failed to perform action

Hi to all

I have tested the ownership transfer of a folder. The use case is if someone leaves the company, and we need to transfer the filed to a new owner.

I was able to make the transfer to the new person but when I try to accept is I get the error: Failed to perform action. I see nothing in the log.

Version 20.0.4
