Hello,
I have variouse windows 10 with outlook 2016 x64. In some cases the outlook plugin works flawlessly in other cases everyhting installs and the configuration connects but then the “attach file” and “attach public shared folder” buttons don’t work…
Is there a best practice for outlook options or something?

What do you mean by the template? it’s the free standard installation. We are evaluating the free version before thinking of buying the payment version.
when you open an issue here under support a template comes up asking you to fill in several infos about your installation. it might be important to get to know details about your nc-instance.
so now that you have deleted it it would be nice if you would install the app “issue template/issue reporting” from the appstore and post it’s info here.

@scarja If I understand correctly for some installations it does work always and others it doesn’t? What is the primary language which is used within your environment? In case you want to discuss the matter privately you can PM me.
Problem solved. If you have PCs in any language but english you have to install the latest version of the plugin and then change the following reg key to “en”:
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\NextcloudOutlook’ and change ‘SetLanguage’ to ‘en’
