i installed NextCloud on a shared hosting and i was installing Collabora Online - Built-in
CODE Server
but i get this message
An error occured during the request. Unable to proceed.
the log :

You started a topic in support category.
Unfortunately you ignored the template and a lot of information to help you is missing.
Please add all necessary information like Nextcloud version, webserver type and version, os version.
Without additional information the community members cannot help you.
Simply ask your hoster about memory limitations. Without enough memory you cannot use some apps.
