I have a question about how Passwords works with Circles (https://apps.nextcloud.com/apps/circles).
If we install Circles, will we be ables to allocate passwords to groups of people defined in Circles?
No, passwords does not support sharing with groups or circles

Sharing with groups has been requested long ago, but not yet been implemented. You can request features in the github repository of the app.
