Nextcloud version : 15.0.05
Operating system and version : Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS
Apache or nginx version : nginx 1.14.0
PHP version : 7.2.3
An reshared Federal Share (from other Nextcloud Server) is working as expected, the other options are fine. As soon as a Federated Share is reshared to a local user, the user get the notification and can access the 1st level of the reshared Share. The other folders aren´t able to get in. No read permission. If i´m in the first level, i can download the whole folder with subfolders and files.
Neither the webapp, Android or or Desktop App is cabale to sync or open.

Steps to replicate it:
- Federate Share from Server A to user on this server
- Reshare this Fedarated Share to a other local user
- only See the Frist Level, Subfolders not accessible
