I remember once having configured the openHAB server for the app in one of the settings pages - not sure which one it was but I think is was “additional settings” - and cannot find it anymore. I have recently updated to 24.0.5
EDIT:
I am sure now that it was under “additional settings” and I can see a reference in the html code but no field to insert the server is displayed.

0.10.1 fixed the issue
