Opcache won't enable according to security scan, can't connect from other pc's on local network

i’ve attempted to install nextcloud on my manjaro installation (yes i know it’s not the best for long term stability but i’m more comfotable with pacman as a package manager) i’ve followed the tutorial for arch systems found here: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Nextcloud, i went with mariadb for database and apache for webserver

and the server is technically running as i can access it from the machine it’s running on via http://localhost/nextcloud but i’m unable to access it from any other pc,

but on the security and setup warnings page on nextcloud it keeps telling me opcache is not enabled, i’ve i’ve gone through the php.ini file several times and all opcache parameters they recommend are uncommented and have the values they specify.

i’m really confused as to what’s going on here.

ok found out how to enable opchace now, and i’m now getting something from the client i’m trying to connect, it’s saying: server replied: bad recquest
