Summary of the issue you are facing:
Ich betreibe zwei NC-Installationen auf einem Server. Bei beiden lief bisher (recht) problemlos Onlyoffice. Gestern habe ich eine der Installationen von NC 31.0.4 auf NC 31.0.6 geupdatet. Seither funktioniert in der NC 31.0.6-Installation Onlyoffice nicht mehr. In der NC 31.0.4-Installation funktioniert Onlyoffice weiterhin problemlos. Dies lässt mich vermuten, dass der bei mir unter 31.0.6 auftretende Fehler in irgend einer Weise auf das gestrige Update zurückzuführen ist.
Der Fehler äußert sich so, dass ich z.B. beim Erstellen/Öffnen einer xlsx-Datei folgende Fehlermeldung erhalte:
Aus der nextcloug.log konnte ich hierzu gleichzeitig u.g. Informationen entnehmen, mit denen ich mangels ausreichendem Hintergrundwissen leider wenig anfangen kann.
Kann mir jemand helfen, welchen Hinweis mir diese Informationen geben können? Mir fehlt augenblicklich eine zündende Idee für die Fehlersuche.
