I create a document in nextcloud with onlyoffice… I write something in document… and then when I download this document … I am seeing blank document…

did you download the document from the nextcloud page or the onlyoffice page? did you download it immediately after editing it?
If you have download the document immeditly after editing it from the nextcloud page, it’s completely normal.
Onlyoffice overwrites the file in your nextcloud folder after a few minutes of inactivity but this file is still saved on onlyoffice and then transferred to the nextcloud storage.
