ONLYOFFICE cannot be reached in my host domain

Hello, i’m here because i have a problem with onlyoffice.
I have installed Community Document Server, then i have installed ONLYOFFICE and configured it (as the screenshot attached).
Now i can creat a new document (as Document, Spreadsheet or Presentation) but i cannot open the document to modify (as the screenshot attached) because it returns the error ‘ONLYOFFICE cannot be reached. Pleas contact admin’

I have the same issue. before i did set up my VPS i tested onlyoffice with same .example docker-compose (fpm) and it worked (it wasnt verison 19 nextcloud, was 18) but this somehow is completly broken… :confused:

I have to add that i have the same problem with another my site host (with other maintainer) and with all the browsers.
I do all the configurations but when i arrive to create and then to modify my document Onlyoffice cannot be reached
