One-time overwrite of server with a better local copy

One-time overwrite of server with a better local copy

Some or all of the below information will be requested if it isn’t supplied; for fastest response please provide as much as you can

Nextcloud version : 28.0.8
Operating system and version (eg, Ubuntu 24.04): Ubuntu most recent
Apache or nginx version (eg, Apache 2.4.25): Apache most recent
PHP version (eg, 8.3): Most recent

The issue you are facing:
I have data already in my NC account in the cloud.
I have reorganized the data, files and folders on a local computer.
I wish to have to the local data replace the server data, one time only.

Yes, I could delete all data from the server, and then all files/folders would flow to the server… but that will take a long time, and it is unfortunate because 99.5% of the files are already on the server. I am merely organizing them differently.

Is there a way to make the Local-copy the "master’, just one-time, and have the Server-copy be the “slave” that allows itself to be updated? Once the server is identical to the Local-copy, the server would then return to being the Master copy.

Thank you for your consideration.

Joe
