Ocs/v2.php/apps/serverinfo/api/v1/info takes 30-50 seconds to execute

Recover is in a few steps.

Step 1. Find out what is wrong in DB by listening all shares, data folders etc. You should execute command in shell to your DB, e.g. mysql/mariaDB:

mysql -e 'select * from nextcloud.oc_storages'

You will see a table and should identify what are wrong storage’s there.

Step 2.

So before you touch anything, and if downtime is okay, put your Nextcloud into maintenance mode, and do a database dump:

sudo -u www-data php /var/www/nextcloud/occ maintenance:mode --on
sudo mysqldump nextcloud > nextcloud_bak.sql

Step 3.

Then remove the entries that do not match any currently added data dir or external storage:

mysql -e ‘delete from nextcloud.oc_storages where numeric_id = 1’

e.g. to delete the first entry, if this is the old data dir.

the ID is in a second raw in table from Step 1.

Step 4. Do some DB cleanup:

sudo -u www-data php occ maintenance:repair

Step 5. Run FS rescan, for this use command:
sudo -u www-data php occ files:cleanup

files:cleanup to rescan the system and cleanup the cache, but this will take a while.
