Sadly i have no clue what OBS is apart from a very handy video steaming software.

Also we really need to know what it is you want to achieve. My first guess would be that you want an ldap connection over a secure channel. Is this correct?

please show me a screenshot of the actual ssl error you get. I cannot figure anythin out with the config you posted. Also you want to remove sensitive information from your screenshot.

smbclient not beeing installed should have nothing to do with it, though i´m not entirely sure on this.
