Is there a possibility, to add a number inside a ingredient to specify a quality as example type of flour 550, or 1150 (in Germany used) which gets not calculated, if the amount of portions are changed?

Hello.
As far as I know the parser only looks for a number at the beginning of a line. This is you have 200g flour type 550, only the 200 should get recalculated.
If the 550 is changed as well, please report back. I am currently abroad and cannot test right now. This should not happen and would be a bug to tackle.

I’m on the next step. Your explained behavior of the calculation on the web UI is correct (where I did not tested it 
the miss calculation is shown on the cookbook iOS app, I will report the bug at the iOS app.
