NSF local mount not working NC27

first nextcloud setup. I have service running and can access it locally (will open to internet access later) trying to get the local external storage [NFS mount point] working.
I have access and permissions on the host Ubuntu server VM to the TrueNAS scale NFS share. I can “touch” from host no problem now, but when I load it in using admin external storage, I get a red exclamation and it does not access.

Where is my issue

How is Nextcloud installed on the Ubuntu Server VM? Is Nextcloud running directly on the VM or within a container, etc?

snapd install during ubuntu install

Snap environments are somewhat isolated from the host environment. You’ll need to adjust some things. See:
