Hi,
we have some problems with notifications in nextcloud. It seems very slow and seem to make talk almost unusable if this is normal behaviour.
Notifications are enabled with sound in the personal settings for all users.
Notifications for chrome are enabled in windows and notifications for nextcloud are allowed in chrome.
If a different tab is opened we get no notification at all if someone calls. Is this normal behaviour? I can’t imagine people working with this.
Also is there a way to increase polling speed for notifications to appear quicker?
Shouldn’t it be easy to at least flash the browser tab in some way if a call coming in or new chat messages appear? Do I miss something? Server settings maybe?
