Heoo everyone,
since the last two years i did test al tot of diverse note apps and choosed qownnotes on manjaro to handle notes in the nextcloud. Could that be a reason for the biigness of the folder /notes/.git?

Sounds like a question for Issues · pbek/QOwnNotes · GitHub, not the Nextcloud support forum. 
I guess you were moving a lot of files in and out the notes folder. Do you need the git history of your notes?
