Not all disabled users are shown when i'm logged in with a group admin user

We are on “Nextcloud 28.0.5”. The following Problem:

When i log in as a admin-user, i can see all disabled user in the list (“/settings/users/disabled”). But when i’m logged in as a normal user that is group-admin, i don’t see all the disabled users within this group where i am group-admin.

Any clue what happens here?

I have the same issue on Nextcloud AIO version 28.0.5

No, still broken in 28.0.5 for me anyway. Just had another report of this issue today and had to enable the user using admin.

Seems like this might be fixed in the latest NC - I got auto-upgraded to NC29 and it appears to be working (I think).
