The issue you are facing:
When ever I install NC (on a hosted web space), everything’s quite well, but after one or two days, no web-login is shown in my browser (just a completely blank page is shown, no error message). I can still access NC by my mobile phone.
The installation always was fine, I could login, install apps, upload files, access from my mobile phone, etc. I was also able to run a NC update.
The first time I installed NC, I used a pre-defined installation of the hosting company. After the issue occurred several times, I installed NC also manually (last time I used the php-script: “setup-nextcloud.php”).
I try to run only the initial installation (NC 16), but also updated to 17.0.2
I guess, it is no problem with the actual NC installation, but more with the hosting system. Unfortunately the provider is no giving any support for installed software. From the logs I can not find anything.
Does anybody have any idea, what the problem might be?
