I filled in the “Contact us for more information and a quote fitting your use case.” form twice(typing the message twice), but did not get any response. The first message was a few months ago, and the second a few weeks ago.
Not sure whats wrong in this case, but I think these on-line forms are bad in general for multiple reasons.
Not only I have no confirmation the message got through(with email I at least have some idea), I also have to type the whole thing again if I get no response. Why not just use email?
Could someone confirm that the form is at least working?
