No preview for mp4 file

Hello,
I installed NextCloud Web Server on a Synology NAS,
I can’t get previews for video files.

I installed ffmepg7,
installed the preview plugin,
specified the path to ffmepg in NextCloud’s config.php,
and run the command via SSH to generate the previews, which worked with images and documents.
