Yes, this is a know issue right now:

Groupfolders 2.0.0 breaks NC 14 and NC 15

Groupfolders 2.0.0 can break NC 14 and NC 15 functionalities. For details see issues Internal Server Error after update to v 2.0.0 groupfolders break users list occ doesn’t work after upgrade to v2.0.0 for details and possible workaround.

Please wait for the next update of the app groupfolders. That should solve the issue then.
