NFS/Raspberry pi 5 to low

Today I installed on my raspberry pi 5(pironman 5max) openmediavault and nextcloud aio.
The restore with about 300GB and 3 user was done after 10 hour.
Now nextcloud aio wouldn’t start and the cpu use from the raspberry pi is on max.
Is this because the raspberry is to low?

Is it better to use nextcloud aio in a vm with docker on my proxmox server and mount the datadir with NFS.
My only concern is that if my OpenMediaVault server, which shares the NFS share, restarts, what will happen to Nextcloud since the data directory no longer exists?
Will Nextcloud AIO then automatically reconnect to the NFS share? Does anyone have any experience with this?
