Liebe Nutzer des deutschen Subforums.

Es passiert leider häufig genug, dass ganz wesentliche Infos bei vielen Threads fehlen. Dabei weiß niemand außer Euch selbst, wie ihr eure Maschine(n) konfiguriert habt. Doch Informationen sind wesentlich für eventuelle Helfer.

Bitte beachtet beim Posten deshalb folgende kleine Hinweise - die erleichtern allen die Fehlersuche. Und sparen allen Zeit. Und auch Nerven :wink:

Hallo Community,

seit heute bekommen ich einen Fehler beim Versuch Dateien hochzuladen:
Error transfering [[Pfad]] - server replied not found

Wenn ich im WebUi schaue, sehe ich den Ordner und dort sind auch bereits hochgeladene Dateien drin, die ich problemlos öffnen kann. Neue Dateien hochzuladen funktioniert nicht über den Client oder den Browser. Im Client bekomme ich den oben genannten Fehler und im Browser kommt “unbekannter Fehler”.

Woran könnte es liegen?

Bereits probiert/geprüft

  • www-data ist owner und hat r+w Rechte auf das Datenverzeichnis
  • Kompletter File Scan
  • Festplatte ist nur zu 10% voll
  • Datei aus den betroffenen Ordner herunterladen funktioniert problemlos
  • Bei welchen Anbieter? Lokal
  • Auf welcher Hardware? Raspberry PI
  • Nextcloud Version: 28.0.14.1
  • PHP Version: 8.3.12
  • Welche Datenbank? MariaDB

Wie installiert?
Du kommst sicherlich per ssh auf das Gerät,
dann kannst Du mal mit
sudo ncp-config
tools → info
schon mal eine kleine Übersicht erhalten,

Über den admin webaccount erhält Du unter Einstellungen → Protokollierung evt. Hinweise.
Hier ist auch die Übersicht hilfreich, viele Fehler lassen sich hier mit Hilfe der Doku schon abarbeiten. z.B phone region, müßte DE sein nicht +49
Oder auf der Kommandozeile
sudo ncc setupchecks
Für Dein Fehlerbild brauchen wir nämlich Logs und Fehlermeldungen.

Nextcloud ist auf einen
Raspberry Pi 4 Model B Rev 1.5 (4 threads)

In der Protokollierung kommt

Wackel mal am Kabel.
Das kann alles sein von Kabellage )Stromversorgung, Netzwerk, USB …)
ich weiß nicht, was Du da hast.

Schau Dir die 28 Fehler seit 3.9. an, alles der selbe, oder gleicher Bereich?

Andere Geschichte, derzeit heiß diskutiert ob Bug oder Feature, Verschärfung der Zertifikateerfordernisse. Also schauen, ob Zertifikatefehler auftauchen.
Testweise änder wie der Server angesprochen wird <server name> oder <ip number>.

Ich habe es nicht für sinnvoll gehalten 20 mal den gleichen Fehler reinzukopieren.

Es gibt BadRequests mit dem gleichen Text und leicht anderen Zahlen und der Fehler passiert auch nur bei großen Dateien.
Und dann gibt es Meldungen vom Update das Theming und Cloud Federation x Sekunden gebraucht hat (Wo auch immer hier ein Fehler sein soll?)
Zertifikatfehler sind keine im Log.

Den ursprünglichen Fehler habe ich jetzt behoben indem ich den Ordner über das Webinterface (statt Windows Client) hochgeladen habe, das ging Problemlos

In der Systemübersicht seh ich dass das Kabel richtig erkannt wird

1Gbps sollte eigentlich auch schnell genug sein.

Der ursprüngliche Fehler konnte manuell behoben werden. Vermutlich ist es besser für die BadRequests ein neues Topic aufzumachen
