Hallo zusammen, Hello everybody!

ich bin absolut ratlos und bitte Euch um Hilfe oder Denkanstöße.
I’m totally lost and I’m asking for help or support.

Ich benutze Nextcloudpi v1.37.0 auf Raspberry Pi3 und es lief seit Jahren ohne Probleme
I was using Nextcloudpi v1.37.0 on a Raspberry Pi3 and it was working very well all the time.

Seit ein paar Tagen synchronisieren die Smartphones nicht mehr über DAVdroid.
Das Web-Interface und das Panel sind beide offline.
Den SSH-Zugang hatte ich deaktiviert.
For few days my smartphone didn’t sync by DAVdroid. The Website and Panel are offline both. SSH-access was deactivated by myself long time ago.

Wenn ich mich direkt am Raspi mit Tastatur und Bildschirm als ncp anmelde kommt:
If i try to log in by user ncp I get the following print on screen:

Wenn ich mich als pi anmelde, funktioniert das Passwort nicht.
If i use pi for Login, it says ‘Login incorrect’

Wenn ich im Heimnetzwerk einen ping an die Ip-Adresse richte, bekomme ich Antwort, bei ping auf nextcloudpi kommt keine.
If I ping to ip in homenetwork I get answer, if I ping to nextcloudpi I don’t get answer.

Weiß jemand wie man das behebt? wie kann es irgendetwas tun, da ich micht nicht anmelden kann?
Does anyone know how to solve this? Is there any chance to login again?

Ich habe am System keine Änderungen vorgenommen. Jedoch waren automatische Updates aktiviert.
I didn’t do changes at the system. But automatically updates where activated.

Broken Filesystem (eq, SD Card)?

As far as I see everything is working that comes from RAM.

Thank you very much for your answer. Is thera a possibility to repair Filesystem? Or is the only way to solve new installation?

Hallo Günther,

ich habe das selbe Problem. Bis auf die Zeile " Update to buster available. Typ ‘sudo ncp-dist-upgrade’ to upgrade" die gleiche Fehlermeldung. Bei mir ist der Fehler mit dem Update auf die aktuelle Version entstanden. Ich kann als nutzer noch alle Funktionen erreichen aber die Adminoberfläche ist weg.

Bin auch noch ratlos. Mein Filesystem ist aber nicht defekt. System läuft von einer SD-Card und die Daten liegen auf einer USB attached SSD.

Bist Du schon weiter?

It seems you are still on Debian 9
You should make backups first and then upgrade your OS to Debian 10 as suggested, run:

From cli, as this is not within range of auto-updates.

I took another Raspberry pi 3, another SD Card, no changes. Finally I installed the latest image from ownyourbits and started new.

Before i wasted too much time withoud any success.

I did this upgrade without errors, but no success at my problem.

Ich habe aufgegeben und das neuste Image neu installiert. Ich hatte keinen Ansatz mehr, was ich noch probieren konnte.

Anderen Raspi genommen, SD-Karte getauscht, updates gemacht, usw. alles ohne ERfolg, Habe dann aufgegeben und mit lieber mit einem Glas Wein auf die Terrasse gesetzt.

Sorry for your frustation. Hope you enjoyed your drink :wink:
The latest image is 64 bits, and PI3 is 32 bits, I think, that might be the problem.
Maybe get some proper hardware like a NUC or any other mini PC, they perform a lot better than rpi’s. Then install a minimal Debian 10 + curl, and run the curl installer.
