NextCloudCmd - Skip Check Existing Files

GoodMorning,

I’m almost new on NextCloud but I read a lot of docs but I don’t find any information about the configuration of the follow my user case:

I’m syncing a huge amount of data from MacOS ti my NextCloud Server. This is the first data sync so I’m started with no data on cloud and all data on local computer.
I’m syncing from about a lot of time but the long time operation isn’t the upload but a sort of computing before. I think it’s the coerence checksum calculations and maybe the check of change from file from server to local data.
Yes because I have to restart the sync in the days, it’s take lot of day and I have restart computer or basically restart stucked sync or lost connectivity.

So every time I star again NextCloudCmd check existing file between server and local?
Assuming that I don’t modify no-one of my local file (either server side) it’s possible to configure the skip of all file already synced and upload all new not existing on server side?

Thanks a lot

Hi,

no one figure it out with that problem?
It’s very long time consuming computing ALL files uploaded in remote when you try to innest for first time all data on server, so if you interrupt that you have to restart over from all the files already uploaded when is needed to upload the remaining.

Sorry but i don’t find nothing releated but could be very useful a trick to do that for first sync.
