NextCloud with another database

Hello guys!

Is it possible connecting my NextCloud on Ubuntu 18.04 to my remote pre-paid Cloud. It means that if I added something on my remote cloud, I would see it on my Nextcloud on Ubuntu 18.04 as well. If this is possible, can my Nextcloud be accessible from C# Win Application ?
