Why is it not possible to name my folder “1.2_Streams”? Why does Nextcloud force me to rename it to “1.2_streams”? I also have the folder “1_Pictures” where the “B” is capitalized. Can someone please tell me what is going on here?
The error message says that Windows does not recognize identical file names with differences only in upper and lower case. But I only have this folder. In “1_images” there is only “1.2_streams” and “1.1_ordered”.
Perhaps someone knows the solution… the problem has only been occurring for 1-3 weeks.
Ok, fxed. Client had lower case name and server upper case name. And the Nextcloud client wanted to sync the folder from the server, but there is already a folder with a lower case name. I don’t know when I changed the name to lower case. But after I closed Nextcloud, changed the name to upper case, then everything worked again.
