Nextcloud Windows 10 Client: Connection Timeout, Sabre\DEV\Exception

Support intro

Having error syncing my nextcloud client hosted on my NAS box to my computer. There’s roughly 60 GB of files on the host and only 0.5 GB is syncing to my client on my computer.

The logs on the client consistently show “connection timeout” errors. Meanwhile checking the logs shows this error:

SQLSTATE[40001]: Serialization failure: 1213 Deadlock found when trying to get lock; try restarting transaction at <<closure>>

Note that I’m running Nextcloud inside of a docker container. Not sure if this makes a difference.

Nextcloud version (eg, 20.0.5): 20.0.3
Operating system and version (eg, Ubuntu 20.04): Linux 4.4.59+ x86_64 (Synology NAS box)
Apache or nginx version (eg, Apache 2.4.25): unknown
PHP version (eg, 7.4): unknown

The issue you are facing:
Cannot sync files from client to computer

Is this the first time you’ve seen this error? (Y/N): No, but I’ve been able to rectify it before by opening and closing the client

Steps to replicate it:

  1. Attempt to sync client on desktop. Over 90% of files not downloaded, mostly the larger ones and some photos
