NextCloud web interface

I just installed NextCloud over Docker after trying NextCloudPi. After the first boot I can’t see the web interface at https://LOCAL-IP:4443, I mean this:

How can I find this page?

I understood, NextCloudPi is different from NextCloud.

Is it started correctly. Show open ports:

netstat -tulpen
